My ST1is glitching. The messages I get on my display is 'no com'. I tried all the the tricks. I gave her to my friend who is an experienced ebike mechanic and he said, that he needs the plug in for the battery socket and the factory reset code. Next stromer shop is 41/2 h away and I am sure it will happen again. So where do I get the code and plug. Thank you, kiki
