About 7 years ago I purchased my first Stromer, an ST2. I was blown away by the bike: it's quality, how well all the components worked together, the motor and the original Omni App. Seven years later the battery died, and instead of ordering a new battery I figured I'd splurge and get a new ST5 a few months ago.

It looked fantastic, the e shifters are awesome, the improvement to the motor is noticeable, the newer lights are excellent. All these items are great, but I have not been able to get the Omni App to connect. Repeated calls and remote attempts to reset the bike have not worked. Then yesterday the motor would repeatedly cut out with a passing error message on the screen. Not good....not at all what I expected from an $11+K e-bike. Hopefully this forum may shed some light on how to get my bike working properly. I have no local dealer as I bought both bikes in Boston and shipped them to the Caribbean. TIA!
